Bill Bocook of Wheelersburg, Ohio showed consistency pays off as he won his first driving title at PRP in the Late Model division. Bocook only won one race, but in the most competitive PRP division there were only two drivers to win more than one race and they were not regulars. To go with his win, Bocook had four other top five finishes and five top 10's. He just edged out Craig Leist for the title and ended Bob Adams' strangle hold on the title.

Tim Tribby of Waverly, Ohio is the Modified driving champion. He won three times and added six top five finishes and a top 10. That was more than enough to beat Tony DeHart for the title. Tribby won despite selling his primary car late in the season and finishing the campaign in a second car, plus starting a Late Model program. Tribby is expected to campaign in the Late Models this season.

John Melvin of Coal Grove, Ohio pretty much wrapped up the Street Stock in the first half of the season when he blew away all the competition. Melvin finished with six A-Main victories, the most of any driver at PRP regardless of division. He also added four top fives and a top 10. His 1210 points were the most among the four champions and his 250 point margin over runner-up Rick Stringer was the largest among the divisions.

Danny Hamilton of Portsmouth, Ohio showed the importance of consistency as he captured the Bomber title. Hamilton took the championship without winning a race. He made 12 A-Mains and finished in the top five seven times with an additional three top 10's. With from 40 to 60 cars battling each week for the 20 slots in the A-Main, Hamilton was able to run well in the heats and keep his car in one piece in the A-Mains. Bo Cox with five wins was second.
