Portsmouth Raceway Park kicked off its 2023 season Saturday with Salute The Troops and First Responders Night presented by Jamie Stith at Pro Paint and The Huntington Drum Company. Saturday night at Portsmouth Raceway Park Roots Child Care Center presented an evening of racing in which Rod Conley, Evyian Terry, Ervin Vance, and Steven Partin all picked up wins in their respective features.
